Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you declare that you acknowledge and accept the present terms and conditions of the promotion: "3,000 Aeroméxico Rewards Business Bonus"

Validity: The validity of this promotion will be from November 23 to December 31, 2020.

Description of the Promotion: From November 23rd to December 31st, 2020 get a bonus of 3,000 (three thousand) Aeroméxico Rewards Points by accumulating Aeroméxico Rewards Points for 2 (two) round flights made with the airlines Aeroméxico, Delta, Air France and KLM (the “Participating Airlines”).

Mechanics: In order to participate in this Promotion, Members must:

For Companies not registered in the program:

1. Sign up for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program at https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/ing/welcome-bonus?lang=en or by calling our Aeroméxico Rewards Business Call Center (1519-4040 within the Mexican Republic) to be attended by an executive.

2. Earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points for 2 (two) round flights with any of the Participating Airlines and have accumulated them with your Corporate Premier Club account as follows:

a. When making the reservation on the Aeroméxico, Delta, Air France and KLM booking page, select the business flight option and in the field that appears for the "Corporate Number", enter the 9 digits of the Corporate Account Number.

b. Call Aeroméxico Rewards´s Call Center (1519 4040 within the Mexican Republic) and request that your company's Accumulation Code be added to the reservation already issued.

3. If at the time of making the reservation you did not enter the Corporate Account Number, it is essential to enter the Accumulation Code of your company before flying (OSI YY FQTC + Corporate Account Number). You can request the entry of your Code through the Aeroméxico Rewards Call Center (1519-4040) or you can also send an email to [email protected] requesting that the Aeroméxico Rewards Number be added to the reservation so that the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company can accumulate the bonus of 3,000 (three thousand) Aeroméxico Rewards Points.

4. No later than February 1st, 2021, the bonus of 3,000 (three thousand) Aeroméxico Rewards Points for your 2 (two) round flights with participating airlines will be reflected in your Aeroméxico Rewards Business Account.

For Companies registered to Aeroméxico Rewards Business:

1. Be enrolled in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program

2. Earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points for 2 (two) round flights with any of the Participating Airlines and have accumulated them with your Corporate Premier Club account as follows:

b. Call Aeroméxico Rewards´s Call Center (1519 4040 within the Mexican Republic) and request that your company's Accumulation Code be added to the reservation already issued.

Restrictions

- Applies only for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program.

- Applies to new companies enrolled during the promotion period, as well as to companies previously enrolled in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program.

- This promotion will only apply to the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies that have completed their 2 (two) round flights with any of the Participating Airlines. It is necessary to have flown between November 23 to December 31, 2020.

- In order to accumulate Aeroméxico Rewards Points, it is necessary to fly during the term of this Promotion.

- The Benefits and Bonuses included do not apply to upgrade Aeroméxico level (Gold, Platinum or Titanium).

- Does not apply to the Aeroméxico Rewards Individual program

- Does not apply retroactive accruals.

- Applies flights operated by Aeroméxico, Aeroméxico Connect, Delta, Air France, KLM. ("Participating Airlines")

- The voucher will only be given a single occasion when completing 2 (two) round flights with the Participating Airlines.

- Not combinable with other promotions.

- Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to change or suspend temporarily or permanently without prior notice one or all the bases of The Program, including promotions and benefits.

Benefit

By participating in this Promotion, the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company may get the following benefit:

- 1 (one) bonus of 3,000 (three thousand) Aeroméxico Rewards Points for the accumulation of Aeroméxico Rewards Points by completing 2 (two) round flights with the Participating Airlines during the term of the promotion.

The Aeroméxico Rewards Points corresponding to the bonus will be reflected no later than February 1st, 2021.

Fraud

Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Companies in Aeroméxico Rewards Business accounts.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company temporarily or to terminate it definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Aeroméxico Rewards Business’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Aeroméxico Rewards Business account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Aeroméxico Rewards Business account. All Benefits generally granted to Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies shall also be suspended. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies.

General Terms and Conditions

The Organizer of this Promotion is PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V., located at #250 Paseo de la Reforma, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. holding Federal taxpayer’s ID PPR121105924.

This promotion will be subject to the rules of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program, available on “the Website.”

Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to amend Plans, the amount and the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.

No sign up to the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program will be eligible to access higher Aeroméxico tiers (Gold, Platinum or Titanium).

Enrollment into the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program does not guarantee the availability of any reward in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program. Aeroméxico Rewards Business is not responsible for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company’s ability or inability to use, exchange or redeem Aeroméxico Rewards Points accrued for signing up for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program.

Should sign up for this Promotion or for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program be used by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company for improper purposes or unduly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other unlawful means, Aeroméxico Rewards Business may, at its sole discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate them and pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.

The Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Aeroméxico Rewards Business aimed at investigating or taking legal action against any party involved or any party suspected of being involved in the unlawful use of signup for this Promotion or the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program, of committing fraud with such signup, and fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company in connection with Aeroméxico Rewards Business accounts.

The Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company accepts the awarding and use of Aeroméxico Rewards Points are subject to the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.

The validity of credited Aeroméxico Rewards Points will be governed by the current Premier Point Validity Policy and by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program rules.

Aeroméxico Rewards Points referred to in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program are not actual physical points, but a representation of credits in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to cash currency.

Personal data

Any processing of personal data by Aeroméxico Rewards Business, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Aeroméxico Rewards Business (to review the Privacy Notice, please go to www.aeromexicorewards.com)

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company which are deemed sensitive by the authorities, Aeroméxico Rewards Business shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

The information contained in Notices given to the relevant authorities shall be used exclusively to prevent, identify, investigate and sanction transactions with illegal proceeds and associated crimes. The before mentioned personal data shall be safeguarded under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
