Earn and Use Aeromexico Rewards Points with Hoteles en Linea

Terms and conditions

By participating in this alliance, you acknowledge and accept these “Terms and Conditions for Earn and Use Aeromexico Rewards Points with Hoteles en Linea”.

Term: The validity period for booking hotel stays will be from June 01, 2016, to January 31, 2024.

Description: Aeromexico Rewards Members ("Members and/or Aeromexico Rewards Members") will be able to earn and/or use Aeromexico Rewards Points with Hoteles en Línea by completing their stay according to the following conditions.

To book hotel stays with Hoteles en Línea by Aeromexico Rewards on the site, Members must:

Earning

1. Go to https://hotelesenlinea.aeromexicorewards.com.
2. Log in as an Aeromexico Rewards Member.
3. Choose the option "Earn" → Hoteles en Línea.
4. Search for hotels by destination, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and number of rooms.
5. Select a hotel and room type.
6. Enter the guest's information: first and last name, card number with which the payment will be made, security or identification code (RFC or CURP), expiration date and zip code.
7. Provide an e-mail account to which the confirmation e-mail will be sent, indicate the Aeromexico Rewards account number in which the Points will be earned (it can be the account used to log in or another one).
8. If necessary, enter the company data to obtain the commercial invoice.
9. The Member will receive a confirmation email of his/her reservation to the above-mentioned email address.
10. The Member will receive a reminder email one day before the check in date.
11. The Member will receive a confirmation email with the amount of Points earned, once he/she has credited his/her stay.

Redemption

1. Go to https://hotelesenlinea.aeromexicorewards.com
2. Log in as an Aeromexico Rewards Member.
3. Select the "Use" → Hotels Online option.
4. Search for hotels by destination, check-in and check-out date, number of guests and number of rooms.
5. Select a hotel, room type and the percentage you wish to pay with Aeromexico Rewards Points (100%, 75% or 50%).
6. Enter the guest information: Name and surname, card number for payment (if necessary cash + Points), security or identification code (RFC or CURP), expiration date and zip code.
7. Provide an email address where a confirmation email will be sent.
8. The Member will receive an email confirmation of his/her reservation and the total amount of Aeromexico Rewards Points redeemed.

Restrictions

• The deadline to book your hotel on the Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Rewards website will be January 31, 2024.
• The deadline to check-out at any of the hotels listed on the Aeromexico Rewards Hoteles en Linea website will be January 31, 2025.
• In Mexican Pesos, only Visa®, American Express® and Mastercard® Mexican Credit Cards are accepted. Discover® is also accepted in other currencies.
• Only adults (18 years of age or older) may participate.
• Members cannot book more than 3 (three) rooms in the same transaction.
• Those with suspended or cancelled Aeromexico Rewards accounts are not eligible to participate.

 

Earn

• Points earned for reservations at Aeromexico Rewards Online Hotels do not apply for Aeromexico level upgrades (Gold, Platinum or Titanium).

Redemption

• Members will be able to redeem Aeromexico Rewards Points in accordance with the redemption Terms and Conditions, available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business site and on the Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Rewards
• Hotel reservations may be made by all Members with sufficient balance in their Aeromexico Rewards Accounts, and if applicable, with the option of cash + Points.
• The cost of the Services is variable.
• Aeromexico Rewards Members must book their stay on the Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Rewards
• Once the Aeromexico Rewards Member has booked, a confirmation email will be sent with the reservation number.
• Aeromexico Rewards Points will be taken from the Aeromexico Rewards Members Account instantly when Aeromexico Rewards Points are redeemed for the purchase of the Services.
• The Services purchased will appear on the Aeromexico Rewards Member's account statement.

Benefits or Rewards

• Aeromexico Rewards Members will earn from 500 (five hundred) to 10,000 (ten thousand) Aeromexico Rewards Points per night according to the hotel chosen.
• The accumulation of Aeromexico Rewards Points for their reservations on the Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Rewards platform will be credited to the Member's Aeromexico Rewards account once their stay is credited, that is, once they have checked out of the hotel by paying the corresponding rate.
• The Aeromexico Rewards Points earned from the Member's reservations should be reflected in the Member's account statement no later than one (1) week after check-out.

 

Changes and Cancellations

• From February 01, 2024, no changes can be made to reservations made from June 01, 2016 to January 31, 2024.
• From February 01, 2024 you will only be able to access the Aeromexico Rewards Online Hotels website to check the status of your reservation or cancel your reservation.
• To make changes or cancellations on Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Rewards, the Member must log in to their confirmation email and go to the changes and cancellations link or they can go to https://hotelesenlinea.aeromexicorewards.com, my reservations, select the reservation they wish to change or cancel or request support by phone at (52 55) 1519 4040 in Mexico or (1) 855 412 2650 toll free in the United States.
• Reservations are available with cancellable and non-cancellable rates. The cancellation and change policy varies from hotel to hotel and is defined by each hotel. In all cases where the room type is non-cancelable, it will be clearly indicated in the room category or room type selection, as well as on the checkout page. The cancellation policy will always appear on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email.
• Upon cancellation of a refundable reservation, the refund will be processed by Rocketmiles immediately and the Member will see it reflected in his/her account within 2 (two) - 4 (four) weeks after the request. In case the cancellation cannot be made through the confirmation e-mail, Members may request it by calling the Call Center at +52 (55) 1519 4040 in Mexico or +1 (85) 5412 2650 toll free number in the United States.
• For reservations indicated as "free cancellation", changes and cancellations may be made, in the case of changes, Rocketmiles will make the request to the hotel, this request does not guarantee that the changes can be made. In the event that the changes requested by the Member can be made without incurring a charge, Rocketmiles will send confirmation to the Member by e-mail.

 

Invoicing

If you require a tax receipt for your reservation, please request it at Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Reward. In order to receive your receipt, you must enter all your billing information before making the payment. The invoice will be issued by Rocketmiles, who is the direct supplier that provides the reservation service. Your tax receipt will be available the same day of the payment in the email provided to receive such document.

 

Vulnerable Activities

In accordance with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin and derived from certain activities carried out by Members, which are considered by the Law as vulnerable activities, Aeroméxico Rewards will share your Personal Data with the corresponding authorities.

The information derived from the Notices submitted to the competent authorities will be used exclusively for the prevention, identification, investigation and punishment of operations with resources of illicit origin and other related crimes. The aforementioned personal data will be kept in absolute safekeeping, under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Fraud

Aeromexico Rewards reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members with Aeromexico Rewards accounts.

PLM, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Aeromexico Rewards Member temporarily or to terminate them definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Aeromexico Rewards’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Aeromexico Rewards Member in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Aeromexico Rewards Account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Aeromexico Rewards Member shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Aeromexico Rewards Account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Aeromexico Rewards Account. All Benefits generally granted to Aeromexico Rewards Members shall also be suspended. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Aeromexico Rewards Account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Aeromexico Rewards Members.

General Terms and Conditions

Enrollment into the Aeromexico Rewards program (the “Program”) can only be done at  www.aeromexicorewards.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Web Page”.

Aeromexico Rewards Points and this reservation will be subject to the rules of the Aeromexico Rewards Program, available on “the Web Page”.

Aeromexico Rewards reserves the right to amend Plans, the amount and the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.

No signup to this Reservation will be eligible to access higher Aeroméxico levels (Gold, Platinum or Titanium).

Enrollment into the Program does not guarantee the availability of any reward in the Aeromexico Rewards Program. Aeromexico Rewards is not responsible for Members’ ability or inability to use, exchange or redeem Aeromexico Rewards Points earned by signing up for the Program or the Reservation.

Should any enrollment to the Program or the Reservation be used by Members for improper purposes or unduly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other unlawful means, Aeromexico Rewards may, at its sole discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate them and pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.

The Member agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Aeromexico Rewards aimed at investigating or taking legal action against any party involved or any party suspected of being involved in the unlawful use of enrollment into the Program or signup to this Reservation, of committing fraud with such enrollment or signup, of fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members in connection with Aeromexico Rewards Accounts.

The member accepts the awarding and use of Aeromexico Rewards Points are subject to the Aeromexico Rewards Program terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.

The validity of credited Aeromexico Rewards Points will be governed by the current Aeromexico Rewards Point Validity Policy and by the Aeromexico Rewards Program rules.

Aeromexico Rewards Points referred to in the Aeromexico Rewards Program are not actual physical points, but a representation of credits in the Aeromexico Rewards Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to cash currency.

Personal data

Any processing of personal data by Aeromexico Rewards, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by Members, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Aeromexico Rewards Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Aeromexico Rewards (please go to https://www.aeromexicorewards.com for the Privacy Notice)

By accepting and participating in this reservation, you expressly authorize Aeromexico Rewards to transfer your contact information (name, member number, phone number, e-mail address) to Rocket Travel Inc. and to third parties subcontracted by Aeromexico Rewards to grant the benefits of this reservation. Said data may also be transferred to companies appointed by Aeromexico Rewards for such purpose (including, but not limited to, hotel chains, airlines, ground transportation services and the like).

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by Members deemed vulnerable activities by the authorities, Aeromexico Rewards shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

The information contained in Notices given to the relevant authorities shall be used exclusively to prevent, identify, investigate and sanction transactions with illegal proceeds and associated crimes. The aforementioned personal data shall be safeguarded under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
