By registering or participating in this Promotion, you declare to acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of "Medellin”

Term: The validity of this promotion will be from March 18^th to 31^st, 2022.

Description of the Promotion: From March 18^th to 31^st, 2022 use your Aeroméxico Rewards Points to acquire your Award Ticket with up to a 40% (forty percent) discount on selected Aeroméxico routes during participating flight periods. Only in Tourist Class.

Flight periods:

• From March 18^th to June 30^th, 2022. With exception of April 10^th to 17^th, 2022.

Mechanics: For this promotion you must

1. You must be a Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company and have the amount of Aeroméxico Rewards Points necessary to acquire the Award Ticket you wish to buy.
2. Go to https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/ing/promotions/aeromexico/medellin?lang=en to learn about the routes, discounts and flight periods, as well as the terms and conditions of the promotion.
3. Sign in with your Aeroméxico Rewards Business Account at corporate.aeromexicorewards.com to see the discount reflected when searching for the flight.
4. Make the purchase of the Award Ticket paying with Aeroméxico Rewards Points at https://vuelaconpuntos.aeromexicorewards.com/
5. Pay the Taxes corresponding to the Award Ticket with a credit card.

 

Restrictions

• Applies only for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program
• The Promotion will only apply to those Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies that have made their reservation from March 18^th to 31^st, 2022
• Applies only in participating flight periods.
• Does not apply to Award Ticket with Dynamic Rate.
• Class “S” or Tourist Class Rate applies on Participating Routes.
• Applies to simple and / or round flights.
• Promotion subject to availability on the flight.
• The routes apply in both directions.
• Beyond routes do not apply, that is, all routes must have a starting and / or return point within the Mexican Republic.
• This promotion only applies to redemption of Aeroméxico Rewards Points.
• The Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company must pay the corresponding taxes for each ticket issued with a Mexican credit card.
• The promotion will only be valid through aeromexicorewards.com and www.corporate.aeromexicorewards.com.
• The Award Ticket can be purchased in its entirety with Aeroméxico Rewards Points or by the Cash + Points modality.
• Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies with Aeroméxico Rewards Business accounts suspended or canceled do not participate.
• Mexican Credit Cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
• The reservation and issuance of the ticket must be completed in a single operation.
• Other terms and conditions of the Aeroméxico Rewards Award Ticket apply, which you can consult "aeromexicorewards.com" and "corporate.aeromexicorewards.com"
• Not combinable with other promotions.
• Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to change or suspend temporarily or permanently without prior notice one or all the bases of The Program, including promotions and benefits.

Benefits

By participating in this Promotion, the Company may acquire the following benefit:

• 40% (forty percent) discount for Aeroméxico Rewards Partners on participating routes and flight periods on tourist class with Aeroméxico in redemption of Award Ticket.

 

Fraud

Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Companies in Aeroméxico Rewards Business accounts.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company temporarily or to terminate it definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Aeroméxico Rewards Business’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Aeroméxico Rewards Business account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Aeroméxico Rewards Business account. All Benefits generally granted to Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies shall also be suspended. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies.

General Terms and Conditions

The Organizer of this Promotion is PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V., located at #250 Paseo de la Reforma, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. holding Federal taxpayer’s ID PPR121105924.

This promotion will be subject to the rules of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program, available on “the Website.”

Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to amend Plans, the amount and the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.

No sign up to the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program will be eligible to access higher Aeroméxico tiers (Gold, Platinum or Titanium).

Enrollment into the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program does not guarantee the availability of any reward in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program. Aeroméxico Rewards Business is not responsible for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company’s ability or inability to use, exchange or redeem Aeroméxico Rewards Points accrued for signing up for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program.

Should sign up for this Promotion or for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program be used by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company for improper purposes or unduly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other unlawful means, Aeroméxico Rewards Business may, at its sole discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate them and pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.

The Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Aeroméxico Rewards Business aimed at investigating or taking legal action against any party involved or any party suspected of being involved in the unlawful use of signup for this Promotion or the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program, of committing fraud with such signup, and fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company in connection with Aeroméxico Rewards Business accounts.

The Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company accepts the awarding and use of Aeroméxico Rewards Points are subject to the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.

The validity of credited Aeroméxico Rewards Points will be governed by the current Premier Point Validity Policy and by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program rules.

Aeroméxico Rewards Points referred to in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program are not actual physical points, but a representation of credits in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to cash currency.

Personal data

Any processing of personal data by Aeroméxico Rewards Business, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Aeroméxico Rewards Business (to review the Privacy Notice, please go to www.aeromexicorewards.com)

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company which are deemed sensitive by the authorities, Aeroméxico Rewards Business shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

The information contained in Notices given to the relevant authorities shall be used exclusively to prevent, identify, investigate and sanction transactions with illegal proceeds and associated crimes. The afore mentioned personal data shall be safeguarded under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
