Terms and Conditions 

Terms and Conditions of the "Level Up Challenge 2025" by Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V. (Aeromexico) What is it and how does it work? The "Level Up Challenge 2025" provides our Members with the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Gold or Platinum levels (as applicable) in the Aeromexico Rewards Program until August 30th, 2025, while participating, and subsequently until to December 31st 2025, if the program requirements are met. The Members selected to participate in the "Level Up Challenge 2025" will have a period of 6 months to accumulate Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points (defined term below) and achieve the Gold or Platinum level in the Aeromexico Rewards Program in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. 

 

To whom is it addressed? 

The "Level Up Challenge 2025" has been designed to strengthen Aeromexico's commitment to our Members. In order to participate in this challenge, Members must receive a personalized invitation from an Aeromexico sales executive. 

What is the timeframe for accruing Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points and receiving the Gold or Platinum level in the Aeromexico Rewards Program? 

The timeframe for the Member to accrue Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points and thus have the opportunity to extend the Gold or Platinum level of the Aeromexico Rewards Program is from March 17th to  August 30th, 2025. 

 

What is the registration period for the "Level Up Challenge2025" program? 

The period for Members and the Aeromexico sales executive to enroll in the program is from  March 17th to  August 30th, 2025. 

How many points or segments must be accrued to receive the Platinum level? 

20,000 (twenty thousand Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points) or 20 Qualifying Segments. 

How many points must be accrued to receive the Gold level? 

12,500 (twelve thousand five hundred Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points) or 13 Qualifying Segments.  

 

 

General Information 

 

• Members who receive the invitation to participate in the "Level Up Challenge 2025" must be enrolled in the Aeromexico Rewards Program. In case the Member is not enrolled, the Aeromexico sales executive will guide them through the registration process. The registration period for the Level Up Challenge 2025 is February  03rd  to   February 28th, 2025. 

• For the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program, only Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points (hereinafter "Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points") or Qualifying Segments originating from flights operated by Aeromexico or Aeromexico Connect and those operated under the joint cooperation agreement with Delta Air Lines, Inc., as well as flights operated by SkyTeam airlines, will be considered. Aeromexico Rewards Points will be accumulated 72 hours after the completion of the flight. 

• For the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program, only Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points (hereinafter "Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points") or Qualifying Segments originating from flights operated by Aeromexico or Aeromexico Connect and those operated under the joint cooperation agreement with Delta Air Lines, Inc., as well as flights operated by SkyTeam airlines, will be considered. Aeromexico Rewards Points will be accrued 72 hours after the completion of the flight. Aeromexico Rewards Points accrued from the use of co-branded cards, travel services, hotels, shops, transfers, and any other that does not originate from the purchase of airplane tickets to travel on flights operated by Aeromexico or Aeromexico Connect and those operated under the joint cooperation agreement with Delta Air Lines, Inc., as well as flights operated by SkyTeam airlines, will not be considered as Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points for the "Level Up Challenge" program. • It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Member to enter their Aeromexico Rewards number for the accrual of Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points at the time of purchase. If, for any reason, the Member does not enter the number, these Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points will not be considered for the fulfillment of the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program. In the event that the Member requests retroactive accruals, only Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points applied before the end of the Accumulation Period will be counted. 

• The period to fly and accrue Aeromexico Rewards Points or Qualifying Segments to fulfill the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program will be from March 17th to  August 30th, 2025. (hereinafter referred to as the "Accruing Period"). 

• During the Accruing Period, the Member must accrue 20,000 (twenty thousand) Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points or 20 (twenty) Qualifying Segments to be granted the Platinum level. 

• During the Accruing Period, the Member must accrue 12,500 (twelve thousand five hundred) Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points or 13 (thirteen) Qualifying Segments to be granted the Gold level. 

• Valid Points and Segments for the challenge must be flown and accrued during the Accruing period from March 17th to  August 30th, 2025. 

• During the Accruing Period, the Member may enjoy the benefits of the level for which they are participating (Gold or Platinum, as applicable). If the Member accrues the necessary points or segments to meet the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program, the level will be granted until August 30th, 2025. To maintain it until to December 31st 2025, the Member must fulfill the requirements established for the Gold or Platinum level. 

• The Member can verify the Aeromexico Rewards Program level by entering their username and password on the Aeromexico https://aeromexico.com/es-mx and Aeromexico Rewards https://www.aeromexicorewards.com/mx/ website. 

• If the Member participates in the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program for the Gold Level and accrues 20,000 Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points or 20 Qualifying Segments or more, they will be granted the Platinum level. 

• If the Member participates in the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program for the Platinum Level and accrues between 12,500 and 19,999 Qualifying Premier Points or accrues between 13 and 19 Qualifying Segments, they will be granted the Gold Level. 

• If the Member has successfully completed the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program and is granted the Gold or Platinum Level, the current terms and conditions of the Aeromexico Rewards Loyalty Program will apply, including the requirements to maintain or advance to a higher level. 

• If the Member does not accumulate the Qualifying Aeromexico Rewards Points or Qualifying Segments to obtain the Gold or Platinum Level, their Level will be automatically adjusted on September 11th, 2025. 

• Aeromexico reserves the right to change any of the rules, benefits, qualification requirements, and terms and conditions of the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program at any time. Notice by email to the Member at least 5 natural days in advance of the effective date of such modifications shall be sufficient. 

• Aeromexico reserves the right to terminate the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program at any time, for any reason, and without any liability. Written notice will be provided to the Member at least 5 natural days in advance of the date on which Aeromexico intends to terminate the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program. 

• All notifications related to these terms and conditions should be made as follows: 

• To Aeromexico: To the email address of the assigned Aeromexico sales executive. 

• To the Member: To the email address provided in writing to the Aeromexico sales executive. 

• In case of any changes regarding the email addresses of the Aeromexico sales executive and/or the Member, notice must be given to the other party with 10 days' advance notice before the change takes effect; otherwise, notifications will be deemed as made once the email is sent. 

• Members who receive the invitation to participate in the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program will be chosen at the sole discretion of Aeromexico. 

• The invitation to the "Level Up Challenge 2025" program and the Level granted upon successful completion of the challenge are personal and non-transferable. Therefore, the benefits will only apply to the Member to whom they were granted. 

• Members participating in the Level Up Challenge 2025 must belong to companies enrolled in the Aeromexico Rewards Business program or in the enrollment process. 

• For the interpretation and compliance with these terms and conditions, Aeromexico and the Member expressly submit to the federal laws and competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that, due to their present or future domicile, may be applicable. 

• Members who participated in the LEVEL UP CHALLENGE 2023 and/or 2024 and did not achieve the objectives will not be eligible to participate in the Level Up Challenge 2025. 

• Only adult Members will be eligible to participate in the Level Up Challenge 2025. 

• The Member declares under an oath of truth that: (a) he/she is of legal age; (b) has the necessary powers to be bound by this document; and (c) it is his/her desire to adhere to these terms and conditions voluntarily, without being under any physical or moral pressure that obliges him/her, so that he/she is free from error, fraud, bad faith or from anything in the consent that could nullify it. 

• The Member, after having read these terms and conditions and their annexes, declares his/her agreement and acceptance thereof.
