By being a Aeromexico Rewards Business Company, you declare to acknowledge and accept these “Terms and Conditions for Aeromexico Rewards Level: Gold Tier”.

Description: Aeroméxico Rewards Business Companies may obtain different Tier cards and the respective benefits of each level, according to the following guidelines:

The Aeromexico Rewards Business companies that qualify for the benefits mentioned in the following table are only available for those companies that have points accumulation scheme with Aeromexico on flights. They are classified into levels based on their annual ticket revenue with Aeroméxico.

According to the Tier you reach, you will be granted a number of Gold and Platinum Cards based on the following table:

The ranking is calculated considering only the Aeroméxico Rewards Business base rate for AM code flights operated by Aeroméxico. The Business Representative may manage the use of the Tier cards within clubpremiercorporativo.com and may assign them to the employees of his choice. Having done this, the employee will have their Gold level in their Individual Aeroméxico Rewards account number.

In order to enjoy the benefits of the assigned level, as well as Aeroméxico Rewards Points in your Business Account, it is necessary to meet the annual accumulation requirements.

If your company has a discount agreement with Grupo Aeromexico, the benefits of Aeromexico Rewards Business program are not valid.

The company will have from January 1st to December 31st of each year to reach the necessary revenue and enjoy the benefits according to the assigned level.

Aeromexico Rewards Gold Level

Policy of Free Upgrades to Premier Cabin for Gold Level

Aeromexico has an automated system for upgrades to Premier Class. Eligible Aeroméxico Rewards Members flying with Aeromexico and Delta Airlines may receive complimentary upgrades automatically with a companion, provided the companion enters a Aeroméxico Rewards, SkyMiles or SkyTeam® frequent flyer number. The waiting list for said complementary upgrade is automatic and there is no need to request it.

  • Upgrades apply for a companion within the same itinerary and the same booking and PNR, when said companion has entered their frequent flyer number.
  • The upgrade confirmation window for Members flying with Aeromexico and Delta is 24 hours before the flight.
  • The upgrade is confirmed by e-mail to the Gold Member.

If the complimentary upgrade was not confirmed prior to the flight, it can be requested at the airport. Said request will be entered on the waiting list, where the priority of the member will be evaluated and, if there is availability, it will be granted in the last waiting lounge.

  • Flights under the Delta code in Classic “E” class are not eligible for complimentary upgrade benefits.
  • Flights under the Aeromexico code in the Basic fare or “V” class are not eligible for complimentary upgrade benefits.

Benefits

Colaborators who are awarded the Aeromexico Rewards Gold Level may have the following benefits:

  • Earn 3 Aeroméxico Rewards Points in addition to the Base Accrual. The bonus applies only to tickets sold and operated by Aeromexico.
  • Level bonuses for tickets sold and operated by airlines affiliated with the program, based on the rules of the operating airline, considering the distance, cabin and class flown.
  • Level Bonuses are not qualifying Points for reaching or maintaining Aeromexico Levels.
  • Check-in at preferential SkyPriority counters, regardless of the ticket Class.
  • Complimentary upgrades that will be granted automatically depending on the availability of Complimentary seats in Premier Class. This is applicable for the member and one companion traveling on the same itinerary and PNR.. The companion must enter a frequent flyer number to be eligible to receive the upgrade. The upgrade is confirmed by means of an e-mail to the Member, within the eligible window of time per level.
  • Complimentary upgrades with Delta that will be granted automatically depending on the availability of seats in the Premier cabin (Applicable to you and a companion with the same itinerary and PNR. The companion must enter a frequent flyer number to be eligible to receive the upgrade)
  • Selection and assignment of seats free of charge at check-in or at kiosks on flights paid with Aeromexico fare 24 hours before the flight for AM Plus, and 48 hours before the flight for Preferred Seats, Emergency Exits and any seat in coach class.
  • The Basic fare or “V” Class is not eligible for seat selection and assignment benefits. Priority on waiting list at the airport and on bookings with Aeromexico and SkyTeam® airlines.
  • Benefits of Sky Priority with Aeromexico and SkyTeam® within the airports that grant priority for: check-in, baggage check-in, ticket office, boarding and baggage claim.
  • Distinction of being a SkyTeam® Elite Member worldwide.
  • Gold Level or SkyTeam Elite Members have an additional item of baggage depending on the weight and number of bags established for the route to be traveled, according to the following table:

Fraud

Aeroméxico Rewards reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members with Aeroméxico Rewards Accounts.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Aeroméxico Rewards Member temporarily or to terminate them definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Aeroméxico Rewards’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Aeroméxico Rewards Member in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Aeroméxico Rewards Account being disabled during its term, which means the Aeroméxico Rewards Member shall be unable to: credit Points to their Aeroméxico Rewards Account, and Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Aeroméxico Rewards Account; as well as the suspension of all Benefits granted to Aeroméxico Rewards Members. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Aeroméxico Rewards Account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Aeroméxico Rewards Members.

General Terms and Conditions

Enrollment in the Aeroméxico Rewards program (the "Program") can only be done through the website www.aeromexicorewards.com and www.aeromexico.com

Aeroméxico Rewards Points will be subject to the rules of the Aeroméxico Rewards Program, which are available at "aeromexicorewards.com"

Aeroméxico Rewards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Benefits, at any time without prior notice.

Enrollment in the Program does not guarantee the availability of any Aeroméxico Rewards Program reward, and Aeroméxico Rewards is not responsible for whether or not the Member can use or redeem the Aeroméxico Rewards Points accrued by enrolling in the Program or the Promotion.

The Member agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Aeroméxico Rewards aimed at the investigation or filing of legal actions against anyone involved or suspected of being involved in the improper use or fraud with respect to the enrollment in the Program and this Promotion, as well as fraudulent conduct or bad practices by Members in Aeroméxico Rewards Accounts.

The Aeroméxico Rewards Points referred to in the Aeroméxico Rewards Program are not actual physical points but represent credits in the Aeroméxico Rewards Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to currency in cash.

Personal Data

All processing of personal data carried out by Aeroméxico Rewards, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Members, will be carried out in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, as well as subject to the provisions of Aeroméxico Rewards’s Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to your registration in Aeroméxico Rewards (to check the Privacy Notice please go to www.aeromexicorewards.com)

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds, and as a result of certain activities by Members deemed vulnerable activities by the Act, Aeroméxico Rewards shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

The information derived from the Notices that are submitted to the competent authorities will be used exclusively for the prevention, identification, investigation and sanctioning of transactions with illegal proceeds and other crimes related to them. The aforementioned personal data will be kept absolutely protected, under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
