TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AEROMEXICO REWARDS BUSINESS ® LOYALTY PROGRAM

DEFINITIONS

“Accrual of Aeromexico Rewards Points": Is the earning of Aeromexico Rewards Points by the Company, derived from the purchase and/or use of air transportation services of the airlines participating in the Program by its employees, as well as the purchase and/or use of goods and/or services of affiliated partners of the program. The accrual is applied to the Business Account of the Company that makes the accrual, according to the current rules for Program Accrual available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page.

“Retroactive Accrual”: An accrual that the Company requests to be applied to its Business Account after the date of the Authorized Transaction. A Company enrolled in the Program may request a Retroactive Accrual, exclusively with those affiliated partners that have enabled the retroactive accrual process. For this purpose, the Business Representative and/or Authorized Contacts should review the Terms and Conditions of the respective Affiliated Partner, available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business Page.

“Participating airlines": Those airlines affiliated with the Aeromexico Rewards Business program.

“Aeromexico Rewards Business Program Benefits": Refers to the products, services, benefits and/or privileges that can be acquired or earned by Companies enrolled in Aeromexico Rewards Business, either through the redemption of Aeromexico Rewards Points, or by accumulating a certain number of flight segments with Aeromexico, qualifying to enjoy Aeromexico's current benefits, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page.

“Aeroméxico Rewards Business Attention Center”: Refers to the call center provided by Aeroméxico Rewards to companies enrolled in Aeroméxico Rewards Business, by calling the following numbers:

“Aeromexico Rewards Business and/or Program: This is the coalition loyalty program open to legal entities legally incorporated in the United Mexican States or abroad, with the exception of companies based in the United States of America, being prohibited the affiliation of individuals with business activity, travel agencies and their subsidiaries. It allows registered companies to accumulate credits in the form of Aeromexico Rewards Points in their respective Business Accounts, which are exchangeable for the benefits stipulated in accordance with the current rules published on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page, for the use of air transportation services of the participating airlines and/or for the purchase and/or use of goods and/or services of the Program's Affiliated Partners.

The Program is operated and administered by PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter “PLM”), which is the owner and operator of the Program, located at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 243, 25th Floor, Cuauhtémoc, 06500, Mexico City.

“Business Account”: The Aeromexico Rewards account of each Company enrolled in the Program where Aeromexico Rewards Points will be earned, given for the use of air transportation services of the participating airlines and/or for the purchase and/or use of goods and/or services of the Affiliated Partners in the Program. The Business Account records all Aeroméxico Rewards Points accrual and redemption movements, as well as the profile with the company's identification data.

“Authorized Contact": The person authorized by the Business Representative to request Business Account information. The authorized contact must be an Aeromexico Rewards Member.

“Web Password”: This is the password designated by the system and/or by the Business Representative when registering the company in the Program, with which you can access and/or manage your account, as well as manage the company's Business Account on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page, the password is necessary to manage the Aeromexico Rewards Points online and enter the company's Business Account profile.

“Company and/or Aeroméxico Rewards Business Company": The legal entity registered with Aeroméxico Rewards Business, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

“Aeroméxico Rewards Business Page or Program Page": The website available to the public: https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/

“Affiliated Partners": Those companies affiliated to the Program that have entered into an Affiliation Agreement with Aeromexico Rewards, in which Aeromexico Rewards Points Accumulation and/or Redemption transactions can be carried out, depending on the specific rules for each company, according to the Terms and Conditions available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business Page.

“Aeromexico Rewards Point”: Is the name given to the exchange unit obtained by the Companies enrolled in the Program in their Business Accounts, derived from an accrual, bonus and/or specific and applicable promotion granted by Aeromexico Rewards, which are exchangeable for the benefits of Aeromexico Rewards according to the current rules of the Program. These points have no monetary value; therefore, they are not exchangeable or refundable in cash.

“Rules and/or Terms and Conditions": Refers to these terms and conditions, as well as other terms and conditions related to the Program available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page, which contain the steps, descriptions and restrictions to participate in the Program and/or in specific promotions of the Program.

“Redemption of Aeromexico Rewards Points": The use and/or exchange of Aeromexico Rewards Points previously accumulated by the Company enrolled in the Program, to obtain services and/or products, either from the airlines participating in the Program, as well as for the acquisition and/or use of goods and/or services of partners affiliated to the program in accordance with the current rules for Redemption of the program, available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page.

“Business Representative": The person who represents the Company in the Program and who is authorized to manage the Business Account. The Business Representative must be an Aeromexico Rewards Member.

“Balance": Aeromexico Rewards Points available in the Business Account of the company enrolled in Aeromexico Rewards Business.

“Aeromexico Rewards Member”: The individual enrolled in Aeromexico Rewards.

“Authorized Transaction”: The acquisition and/or use by companies enrolled in the program, of services and/or products of Aeromexico Rewards affiliated partners, for the accumulation and/or redemption of Aeromexico Rewards Points, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions established for each Affiliated Partner.

 

AEROMEXICO REWARDS BUSINESS COMPANIES

Enrollment in the program applies only to companies legally constituted in the United Mexican States or abroad, with the exception of companies based in the United States of America, being prohibited the affiliation of individuals with business activity, travel agencies and their subsidiaries.

In the event that the company has subsidiaries, these will be identified as separate companies as long as the Parent Company so authorizes in writing, by sending a letter signed by the Business Representative to [email protected]

 

PROGRAM REGISTRATION

The current registration process for the program is free of charge and is as follows:

  • By phone, calling the Aeromexico Rewards Business Call Center and providing your information.
  • Via the Internet, by entering your information on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/
  • Through the Aeromexico Sales Department.
  • In those cases where activations are carried out in events organized by Aeromexico Rewards Business.
  • Through the acquisition of co-branded Credit Cards.

As of November 1, 2024, all accounts that enroll in the program, regardless of the means by which they did so, must send an updated fiscal status certificate to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

For this process you will have a total of 60 calendar days from the registration of the company to send the document. In case of not sending it during the above-mentioned period the account will be automatically cancelled.

At the time of enrollment, the company must assign a Business Representative to be responsible for the Business Account, as well as one or more Authorized Contacts to support the Business Representative in managing the account.

When the company registers for the program via telephone, at that time it will be provided with its Business Account Number and will be automatically registered in the program.

When a Company registers for the program via the Internet through the Aeromexico Rewards Business page, at the time of finalizing the entry of their data, they will be provided with their Business Account Number, it is essential that the Business Representative completes all the data in the company's profile.

When a company registers for the program through Aeromexico's Sales Department, it will be provided with its Business Account Number within 72 (seventy-two) business hours after registration via e-mail.

It is the obligation of each registered company to know, read and comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Program, the privacy notice published on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page, as well as any present or future law or regulation applicable to the present operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE AND AUTHORIZED CONTACTS

*A person from outside the company may be designated as an authorized contact with the prior approval of the Business Representative.

It is the responsibility of the Business Representative to notify Aeromexico Rewards of any updates to his or her information, including change of address, telephone and/or email address, and the name of the persons authorized to administer the Business Account, which must be notified and/or updated at:

  1. i) Aeromexico Rewards Business web page, ii) Aeromexico Rewards Business Customer Service Center, and/or via e-mail to: [email protected] When the Business Representative does not give notice of such update in the previously mentioned data, the communications made with the registered data shall have all their effects.

Companies enrolled in the Program agree to have the necessary means to receive any communication related to their Business Account. Aeromexico Rewards and Aeromexico disclaim any present or future liability arising from the receipt, reading and response of any information sent in times and forms different from those established herein.

AFFILIATED PARTNERS

PLM, the airlines participating in the Program and the Affiliated Partners are independent entities in all respects and each of them is responsible for the Services and/or Products it markets. PLM is not responsible for the Services and/or Products provided by each of the Affiliated Partners.

The provisions related to the Accrual and/or Redemption of Aeromexico Rewards Points in each of the establishments of the different Partners Affiliated to the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program, are subject to change at any time.

AEROMEXICO REWARDS POINTS ACCRUAL

Companies enrolled in the Program will be able to earn Aeromexico Rewards Points when performing Authorized Transactions with Affiliated Partners and/or with the Airlines participating in the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program, when they provide their Business Account number at the establishments of said Affiliated Partners and/or when they enter their Business Account Number for electronic Accumulation transactions, available on the websites of the Affiliated Partners.

The Aeromexico Rewards Points obtained by each Company enrolled in the Program derived from the earnings made in the establishments of the Affiliated Partners, will be credited to the corresponding Business Account. The term for crediting such Aeromexico Rewards Points will depend on the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions for Accrual with each of the Affiliated Partners.

For an Authorized Transaction to accumulate Aeromexico Rewards Points, it must be made directly by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company holding the Aeromexico Rewards Business Account to which the corresponding Aeromexico Rewards Points will be accumulated.

For an Authorized Transaction to earn Aeromexico Rewards Points, it must be made directly by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company holding the Aeromexico Rewards Business Account to which the corresponding Aeromexico Rewards Points will be earned.

Aeromexico Rewards has the right at any time and for any reason, without liability, to rectify the calculation or accrual of Aeromexico Rewards Points, correct errors in the accrual calculation and/or adjust such calculation.

A Company enrolled in the Program may request a Retroactive Accrual, exclusively with those Affiliated Partners that have enabled the Retroactive Accrual process. For this purpose, the Business Representative and/or Authorized Contacts should review the Terms and Conditions of the respective Affiliate Partner, available on the Aeromexico Rewards Business page.

AEROMEXICO REWARDS POINTS REDEMPTION

Aeromexico Rewards Points can be used to obtain the applicable services and/or products from those airlines participating in the Program and/or Affiliated Partners, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for Redeeming Aeromexico Rewards Points with each of the participating airlines and/or Affiliated Partners. Companies enrolled in the Program may redeem Aeromexico Rewards Points via web, on the Aeromexico Rewards Business Page, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in force and applicable, entering with:

  • Business Account Number (company)
  • Aeromexico Rewards Member Number (individual).
  • Web password.

Only the Business Representative and Authorized Contacts will have access to the Business Account information.

Companies enrolled in the Program may redeem Aeromexico Rewards Points when performing Authorized Transactions in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in effect and applicable to each Partner.

For a Redemption to be authorized, it must be made directly by the Business Representative and/or Authorized Contacts of the Business Account from which the corresponding Aeromexico Rewards Points will be used.

IN THE CASE OF CHANGE OF THE BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE

In case of a change of Business Representative it is the responsibility of the Aeromexico Rewards Business company to communicate such change to Aeromexico Rewards Business by sending a letter on company letterhead signed by the Legal Representative of the Aeromexico Rewards Business company indicating the details of the new Business Representative accompanied by the power of attorney and official identification of the Legal Representative. The letter must contain the personal information and the Aeromexico Rewards Individual Account number of the new Business Representative. The aforementioned letter must be sent to Aeromexico Rewards Business by email to [email protected] .

VALIDITY OF AEROMEXICO REWARDS POINTS

As of July 1, 2024, Aeromexico Rewards Points will no longer expire.

IN CASE OF A BUSINESS CHANGE

In case of a merger of companies or any modification to the corporate name of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business, the company must inform PLM of this situation and send the documentation requested by PLM (for example: Public Deeds, Power of Attorney of the Legal Representative, Proof of Address, etc.) in order to register the new data of the Company and validate the corresponding Aeroméxico Rewards Points.

In case of termination and/or closure of the company, Aeromexico Rewards Points will be cancelled and cannot be transferred to any other Aeromexico Rewards account. Claims for Aeromexico Rewards Points that seek to claim such Aeromexico Rewards Points, according to the rules agreed in these Terms and Conditions, will not be valid.

UNIFICATION OF ACCOUNTS

The company can only have one active Business Account.

In the event that a company has two or more Business Accounts, Aeromexico Rewards Business companies will not be able to unify their Aeromexico Rewards Business Accounts in the event of a merger of companies and/or any business modification of the Aeromexico Rewards Business company and/or for any reason whatsoever.

COMPANY'S IDENTITY

In certain cases, Aeromexico Rewards Business may request from the Company corporate documents and additional information, for purposes of account monitoring in case of irregular activities or suspicion of misuse of the account or activities that are not appropriate, as well as to complete or update the Business Account file. Aeromexico Rewards Business may request, but not limited to, the following documents:

  • Company's Deed of Incorporation (Deed of Incorporation).
  • Proof of address (containing the address of the company).
  • Tax Identification Card.
  • Business Representative's Official Identification.
  • Aeroméxico Rewards Business Questionnaire

BUSINESS ACCOUNT INFORMATION, AEROMEXICO REWARDS POINTS BALANCE INQUIRY

The Aeromexico Rewards Points Balance can be consulted by logging into the Aeromexico Rewards Business page, in the “Login” section with the following information:

  • Business Account Number (company).
  • Aeromexico Rewards Member Number (individual).
  • Web password.

Only the Business Representative and Authorized Contacts will have access to the Business Account information.

The Company enrolled in the program will receive its monthly account statement via email, which will be sent to the Business Representative and Authorized Contacts, to the email address indicated in the Aeromexico Rewards account profile of the Business Representative and Authorized Contacts.

DISABLING

Aeromexico Rewards reserves the right to disableing any company enrolled in the program, or any of the enrolled employees if in the judgment of Aeromexico Rewards the participant has violated any of the rules described herein. Disabeling may even result in the cancellation of the Aeromexico Rewards Account and/or Aeromexico Rewards Business at the discretion of Aeromexico Rewards Business.

Aeromexico Rewards Business reserves the right to change or suspend temporarily or permanently without prior notice any or all of the bases of the program, including promotions and benefits (in any case the rights acquired by the Companies prior to any change made will be respected).

FRAUDS

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel the account of any company enrolled in Aeromexico Rewards Business in case of detecting fraud, fraudulent conduct and/or any other improper practice by Members and/or Companies, as well as for non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The temporary suspension will entail the disqualification of the Business Account for a period of 2 (two) months during which the corresponding investigation will be carried out. During this period, the Representative and/or Authorized Contacts will not be able to redeem Aeromexico Rewards Points or use the Benefits associated with the account.

The definitive cancellation will imply the termination of the Business Account, the total loss of the accumulated Aeromexico Rewards Points and the revocation of all Benefits as a Company enrolled in the Program.

Adjustment of Points for Fraudulent Activity

If fraudulent activity is confirmed, in addition to the suspension or cancellation of the Business Account, the Aeromexico Rewards Points balance will be adjusted. Such adjustment will consist of the deduction from the total balance of the account, of the accumulated points and/or deduction of benefit points enjoyed, during the period in which the fraudulent activity has been detected, without the possibility of restitution or compensation.

 PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to take the legal and administrative measures it deems necessary in these cases.

VOLUNTARY TERMINATION

The Business Representative must send the request on Company letterhead and signed by him/her, a copy of the official and valid ID and indicate the Business Account number attached to the email address: [email protected], Aeromexico Rewards Business staff will review and follow up on the cancellation request.

For the reasons described above, any of the following will be considered as valid Official Identification, as long as they are in force:

IFE/INE voting card. b. Passport. c. Military ID issued by the Ministry of National Defense. d. Professional License issued by the Ministry of Public Education. e. In the case of foreigners, the corresponding valid immigration document issued by the competent authority and/or the official document issued by the competent authority of their country of residence.

COMPANIES IN THE UNITED STATES

As of January 30, 2018, Delta's SkyMiles Program is Aeromexico's official loyalty program for businesses in the United States of America.

Accrual of Aeromexico Rewards Points for U.S.-based Business Accounts will end on March 31, 2018. After that date, the Business Account will not be eligible to earn Aeromexico Rewards Points with any partner affiliated to the program, nor request retroactive credits.

The balance of Aeromexico Rewards Points in the Business Account will be valid until September 30, 2018 for Aeromexico Rewards Points to be redeemed. After that date, the Business Account will no longer be able to use the Aeromexico Rewards Points balance.

As of January 1, 2019, U.S. Business Accounts will be officially terminated from the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program.

PROMOTIONS

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and providing their personal data, the Companies enrolled in the Program grant their consent to PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V., to carry out any promotional marketing activity and/or any activity in accordance with the Privacy Notice in force and published on the Aeromexico Rewards Business Page.

In addition, you give your consent to Aeromexico Rewards to send you commercial information about the Program through electronic means of communication and/or by any other means.

GENERALS

By registering for the Program, companies agree to comply with the terms, rules, conditions and policies of the Program, which are included in this document or in subsequent versions issued by Aeromexico Rewards Business (PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V.).

Under oath, the company enrolled in the program declares that all data provided to add them to your profile, within your Business Account, are reliable, correct and updated. Therefore, Aeromexico Rewards Business assumes that the fiscal address provided will be considered as your place of residence for all legal purposes.

PLM will be the sole authorized and empowered to resolve all matters concerning Aeromexico Rewards Business, reserving the right to apply and interpret these Terms and Conditions and their scope, as well as to resolve at its total and free will any situation not contemplated herein.

All processing of personal data carried out by Aeromexico Rewards Business, as well as the exercise of the ARCO Rights by Aeromexico Rewards Members, will be carried out in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, as well as subject to the provisions of the Aeromexico Rewards Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to your registration in Aeromexico Rewards Business (to view the Privacy Notice please go to https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/).

In accordance with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin and derived from certain activities carried out by the Partners, which are considered by the Law as vulnerable activities, Aeromexico Rewards Business will share your Personal Data with the corresponding authorities.

The information derived from the Notices submitted to the competent authorities will be used exclusively for the prevention, identification, investigation and punishment of operations with resources of illicit origin and other related crimes. The aforementioned personal data will be kept in absolute safekeeping, under the terms of the applicable legislation.

All rights and obligations resulting from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Mexico City. Likewise, these Terms and Conditions, in relation to their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Mexico City, waiving from now on any other jurisdiction that, by reason of subject matter or domicile, present or future, may correspond to them.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. is the administrator of the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program, and therefore assumes no responsibility regarding the benefits, promotions, products and/or services offered by the Affiliated Partners, or their discontinuation or changes made by them.

Aeromexico Rewards shall have no liability in the event that it is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to force majeure or act of God or other change in the law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
